Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not available unless order is canceled before files are sent to press.

Complaints

All complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your job. Should the job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun the job at no charge. We maintain the right to judge what constitutes a manufacturing error or defect. The full product order in question must be returned to us.
