General File Specifications

• 300 DPI Resolution.
  *This should be set at document creation, increasing the resolution after the image has been built will not improve quality.
• CMYK Color Mode.
• 1/8" (.125") Bleed on each side of document containing background color, but no mission critical text or graphics.
• Front and Back of document should be setup as two separate files, submit art one up.
• All solid black areas or type should be composed of a rich black. To obtain a rich black, set color values as Cyan: 80%, Magenta: 60%, Yellow: 60%, Black: 100%.

Preparing Files for Submission:

Save each side as a separate file with the appropriate title and file extension, i.e.; Ladies_Night_Front.jpg and Ladies_Night_Back.jpg. Avoid special characters like #, & , slashes, ?, and spaces in the file name.

Templates:

Our templates are available in .eps and .jpg format. Instructions for using the templates exist on a separate layer in the file. You must delete the instruction layer before submitting your artwork.
PLEASE NOTE: All dimensions below include 1/8" bleed.
